Morning: The Journey Inward

• 08:00 AM – Pickup from Marrakech Your driver will collect you directly from your accommodation. For riads in car-free zones, a convenient nearby meeting point will be arranged. We leave the bustle of the city behind as we head toward the majestic foothills of the Atlas Mountains.

• Scenic Mountain Drive Enjoy a picturesque journey through a shifting landscape of rolling red hills, terraced farmlands, and ancient olive groves. We will make several photo stops to capture the snow-capped Atlas peaks in the distance.

• Artisan Argan Oil Cooperative Visit a local women-run cooperative to witness the traditional extraction of Argan oil. Learn about the cultural significance of "Moroccan Gold" and meet the women who have preserved this craft for generations.

 

Mid-Day: Culture & Nature

• Berber Village Immersion Explore a traditional Berber village with your guide. Walk through narrow lanes, learn about mountain life that has remained unchanged for centuries, and experience the genuine warmth of local hospitality.

• Hike to Setti Fatma Waterfalls Arrive at the village of Setti Fatma, the gateway to seven famous cascades. Enjoy a gentle hike along the riverside and over wooden bridges to reach the falls. Breathe in the crisp mountain air and enjoy the lush greenery of the valley.

 

Afternoon: Riverside Dining & Return

• 01:00 PM – Optional Riverside Lunch Enjoy free time for lunch at a restaurant perched right beside the flowing water (meal not included). We recommend trying a slow-cooked mountain tagine or fresh charcoal-grilled meats served with traditional bread.

• Relaxation & Scenic Return Take a final moment to relax by the river before we begin our journey back. On the return drive, we can make brief stops at roadside craft stalls for those interested in local pottery or carpets.

• 05:30 PM – 06:00 PM – Arrival in Marrakech We return you to your accommodation in the early evening, concluding a day of unforgettable memories from the heart of the Ourika Valley.
